Who’s it for / What will I learn?

Our Introduction to Change Management course will introduce and assist you to develop a greater understanding of change, how it affects you personally and the organisation you are part of. The course provides an important insight about both the role of the individual and the organisation in identifying, preparing for and executing change successfully. The course will also cover the many challenges that confront any change management programme and how change can be delivered successfully in a sustainable way.

This 1-day course is aimed at those people who will be leading or contributing to the change programme as well as those that will be directly or indirectly impacted by the change.
