You had your say – Thank you!

During the last quarter of 2018, OceanWise commissioned an external Marketing Agency to conduct a feedback survey for us. This forms part of our ongoing commitment to continuously review and improve our products and services.

We received a great response and some excellent feedback! Firstly we would like to say a huge thank you to all who took the time to speak to Peter Baynes and/or fill in the online questionnaire. Your ideas, thoughts and comments are of great value to us and will help us shape how we work in the future.

We are making some positive changes off the back of this research. What you can expect:

• A New Guide to our data products has been released and will be circulated to all relevant partners (or request your copy today)
• Improved metadata to support data updates
• Raster Charts XL coverage extended geographically
• New Port-Log API developed
• New Port-Log user interface under development
• Selected software will move to a cloud-based subscription service
• Website refreshment – to improve navigation
• A ‘new look’ for our technical sheets, exhibition stand and pull up displays
• Development of a new suite of case studies to support our products and services
• New data sheet for the ip.buffer, ‘Smart Telemetry’
• New data sheet for our ENC Writer software under development
